Whether you're a business, bio, industrial, or civil engineer, TAG is where you need to be. Here's what you can expect from our 2-year program for young grads in engineering:
No experience? No problem. We enhance your engineering background with essential business and technology knowledge through in-house training. As our people are our most valuable asset, we fully invest in your growth. That's a promise.
Personal coaching at TAG helps you unlock your full potential. Together with your coach, you'll define your strengths, address areas for improvement, and set actionable goals for your career. With ongoing one-to-one guidance, you'll reach new milestones in your professional journey.
Expect diverse projects and dynamic roles. Whether you're a business, data, or functional analyst, you'll work on exciting projects, expanding your skill set by solving complex challenges. Every day is different, and you can make an impact from day one.
A positive workplace starts with a strong team. That's why we create plenty of opportunities for relaxation and bonding: table football, after-work drinks at the TAG bar or teambuilding? That's what we call TAGtivity!
New challenges may feel daunting at first, but don't worry - we've got your back. From day one at TAG, we'll guide you every step of the way.
We kick-start your career at TAG with a Bootcamp, where we expand your technical background with interpersonal skills. One week filled with intensive training, applying the theory in practice, and working on a business challenge with guidance from experienced analysts. Alternating with team-building activities ensures a dynamic experience, strengthening collaboration and problem-solving skills. You'll be set to present your business case to an audience of TAG colleagues, joined by a panel of industry experts. In short, you’ll learn all the best practices needed to successfully manage your first project.
But the learning doesn’t stop there. During your career, you'll be guided by a team manager and a coach.
Your team manager will oversee your projects at the customer. As your primary hierarchical leader, they will guide you in performance review meetings and act as the responsible party towards the client.
Your coach is the go-to person when you need guidance in your career planning. During regular coaching sessions, (s)he will keep track of your personal development plan and will discuss with you which actions you can take to grow, to become a better consultant and a better professional.
Throughout the year, both internal and external trainers will provide training sessions on specific topics relevant to your project and personal development. This will enable you to acquire valuable certificates as well. Both hard and soft skill subjects will be addressed.
After contributing to the business case as a team member in the first year, you will be assigned the role of team leader in your second bootcamp experience.
In your third year, a business game will keep you busy during the bootcamp week. An interactive simulation is given that immerses our colleagues in the world of business management
After that, it’s all up to you. Do you want to specialise in a certain expertise or expand your skillset with an executive MBA course? At TAG, you can shape your career to your ambitions.
Are you ambitious, analytical and eager to learn? Then you're ticking all the right boxes for a career in advisory. Here's why you should use your engineering mindset to help customers solve challenges:
