Your impact

As a Team Manager at TAG, you are primarily a consultant working as a business analyst or project manager on projects for our clients.

Additionally, you are responsible for supervising a team of consultants at the client(s) under your supervision. Team supervision includes the following aspects: you monitor the performance of the consultants by scheduling bi-weekly follow-up meetings, provide substantive guidance where necessary, and also help ensure that your team can be further expanded by identifying interesting business opportunities at the client.

Your job

You work in hybrid teams consisting of both TAG colleagues and client employees working on the projects at the client.
You sit at the table with your team members and the client, help define the correct scope for them, and roll out a watertight plan that you follow from start to finish.
Hands-on and with a helicopter view, because you never lose sight of the big picture!
From your experience, you inspire your team with new insights and lead them to a higher level.
You actively intervene where team members are at risk of failing in their tasks.
You report weekly to the delivery director on the progress of your own projects, and those of your team members, as well as on their well-being at the client and within the internal TAG organization.

Business Analyst

Map out your client’s challenges, analyse the obstacles and identify the possible solutions. Your insights and advice will make all the difference.

Project manager

Overlook projects from start to finish, take charge of teams, manage timing and budget and deliver results that inspire. Without your guidance, there is no project.

Business architect

Optimise a business lay-out, connect the dots within a company and align operations on all levels with the strategies of upper management.

What we expect from you

You hold a master’s degree in an engineering discipline (Civil, Industrial, Bio-engineering, or Commercial Engineering).
You have several years of experience as a business, functional, data, or test analyst, or you have previously worked as a project manager.
You have initial experience in coaching and managing a (small) team.
You gain energy from structuring and standardizing processes.
You enjoy seeing others evolve into experts in their field under your guidance.
You are driven and strive to become the best version of yourself.
You enjoy working independently and know how to get things done.
Translating goals into concrete actions is second nature to you.
You possess the necessary assertiveness to communicate effectively in both Dutch and English. Can you express yourself fluently in French? C’est un plus!
