As a Team Manager at TAG, you are primarily a consultant working as a business analyst or business architect on projects for our clients.
Additionally, you are responsible for supervising a team of consultants at the client(s) under your supervision. Team supervision includes the following aspects: you monitor the performance of the consultants by scheduling bi-weekly follow-up meetings, provide substantive guidance where necessary, and also help ensure that your team can be further expanded by identifying interesting business opportunities at the client.
Map out your client’s challenges, analyse the obstacles and identify the possible solutions. Your insights and advice will make all the difference.
Optimise a business lay-out, connect the dots within a company and align operations on all levels with the strategies of upper management.
Overlook projects from start to finish, take charge of teams, manage timing and budget and deliver results that inspire. Without your guidance, there is no project.
You send your resume and a short motivational letter to careers@tag-team.be. Our recruiter will get in touch with you shortly.
First, you’ll meet with our recruiter. They’ll ask you about your previous work experience. What are your job expectations and ambitions? Or why do you want to apply your consultancy skills at TAG? In turn, they will tell you more about consultancy roles, the sectors we service and career opportunities at TAG. It’s an open conversation where we get to know each other.
During the first interview, our recruiter and talent director will discover with you what your main drivers are in a professional context. What are your interests, how do you want to be coached, what kind of team player are you? That's what we are interested in. Do you have questions about our projects, our values or our vision on consultancy? Go ahead, ask away!
Did we feel a spark? Then we’ll screen your resume and skills more closely in a second interview where you will meet with our delivery director. If needed, we’ll ask you to prepare a case study on a certain topic, to evaluate your analytical insight, presentation skills and how you manage feedback. Your recruiter will inform you on the details so you’re properly prepared.
In a final interview, founder Peter Verboven will check the cultural fit. Are you a match with our company culture? Are your career ambitions in line with those of TAG? It’s an open dialogue where you get to ask any remaining questions.
Congratulations, you’ve got the job! Your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. Once you’ve accepted it, we can start your onboarding. If necessary, you’ll follow the Reboot to learn the necessary skills, be matched with a project that fits your talents, receive a coach to keep track of your ambitions and a team manager to monitor your project. That way, you have everything you need to make an impact from day one.
