As a Business Development Manager, you focus on the (further) expansion of our customer portfolio and continually strive to secure new assignments. In addition to identifying new opportunities with our existing clients, you build new customer relationships to achieve our targeted growth.

Your job
  • You analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
  • You maintain strong relationships with our current clients and further expand our customer portfolio.
  • You work closely with the Team Managers and Talent Director in the search and placement of our consultants (payroll & freelance).
  • You ensure that clear agreements are made with the client regarding support during the first weeks of the consultants' start.
  • You closely monitor the progress of your own activities and report to the Managing Partner.
What we expect from you
  • You hold a master's degree.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a sales role. Experience in consultancy or a sales position within a consultancy firm is considered a plus.
  • You thrive on establishing and maintaining (new) contacts and participating in networking events.
  • You possess a driven, proactive, can-do mentality.
  • You enjoy working independently and hold quality in high regard.
  • You have the necessary assertiveness to communicate effectively with your colleagues and management team, both in Dutch and in English and French.
  • You appreciate open feedback.
  • You are a team player and enjoy having fun after work.
