Your job

You follow up on status reports and present them clearly and concisely to the CEO during the weekly meetings.
You are the internal point of contact for everyone (finance, legal, general administration (back office), procurement, HSE, ICT, and facilities).
You work with a small team and external service providers, including accounting support.
You report directly to the CEO.

What we expect from you

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, or law.
At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role as a business controller or in a similar position.
You have a passion for structuring and standardizing processes to ensure efficiency.
Drive and a commitment to self-improvement come naturally to you.
Independence and proactive behavior are second nature to you.
You are assertive and communicate effectively with colleagues and the management team, both in Dutch and English.
You appreciate an open, no-nonsense feedback culture.
Team spirit and enjoying activities after work are important to you.
