  • Consultancy: Lead projects as a senior technical consultant, focusing on operational technology, ICT, and production environments. Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies. Achieve project outcomes that exceed client expectations through a blend of strategic and hands-on involvement.
  • Bridge Between Technology and Business: Act as an intermediary between technical teams and business stakeholders. Ensure technical solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable impact.
  • Team Guidance: Manage and develop a team of engineers. Provide mentorship, regular feedback, and support to help them excel in delivering technical projects. Foster a culture of quality and accountability.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee project deliveries to ensure they meet TAG's high standards. Proactively address challenges and provide practical, results-oriented solutions for both clients and consultants.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships by consistently delivering value. Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for new projects and innovative solutions within your area of expertise.
What we expect from you
  • A master’s degree in engineering (civil, industrial, bioengineering, or business engineering).
  • Several years in technical environments such as OT, ICT, or production technologies, combined with a solid understanding of business processes and strategic impact.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams, fostering talent growth through honest and constructive feedback.
  • Easily build connections and communicate clearly and assertively in both Dutch and English (French? That’s a plus!). Able to manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
  • A results-driven mindset focusing on delivering high-quality, actionable solutions rather than unnecessary complexity.
