‘When I worked at TAG, I took charge of a significant project in the energy sector. It gave me valuable insights into managing projects and leading teams. I also got to present in front of our client's top executives, improving my communication skills with essential stakeholders. The skills and knowledge I gained from this assignment are still crucial in my daily work.’
At TAG, I learned a great deal about project management and business analysis. I apply the knowledge and skills I gained there on a daily basis in my current role, which concerns the development of the future products and processes of my company’s business line.

During the first interview, a team manager will discover with you what your main drivers are in a professional context. Your recruiter will inform you of the details so you’re properly prepared.
In a final interview, you'll meet founder Peter Verboven. He will check the cultural fit. Are you a match with our company culture? Are your career ambitions in line with those of TAG? It’s an open dialogue where you get to ask any remaining questions.
Congratulations, you’ve got the job! Your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. Once you’ve accepted it, we can start your onboarding. That way, you have everything you need to make an impact from day one.
